Barrel & Beam opened in January 2018 as the region’s lone farmhouse ales brewery; a genre that allows a range of flavors, textures and nuance grounded by dry drinkability. In 2020, we added farmhouse cider to our offerings. And in 2021, we started making meads with local honey and other Michigan fruit and botanicals.
